Founder Tracy O’Rourke has a background in financing and structuring large transactions which led her to identify Energy Saving Equipment as an exciting emerging energy asset class; the right equipment can transform the energy efficiency of a business while also helping address societal challenges to reduce carbon emissions and build a greener economy.
Tracy has developed a model to overcome the barriers to implementing commercially viable energy efficiency projects, and has been joined by Eimear and Paul to collectively implement the solution.
Our Co-founder Paul Boylan has an engineering and energy efficiency background and a passion for the sector. He has extensive built environment experience across large multinationals and has worked in Ireland, UK, Europe and the UAE. This, coupled with practical on the ground project experience, enables him to assess and verify energy efficient technologies and understand the business case. His expertise ensures we and our customers only embark on projects that make sense and that those projects are properly monitored and executed.Paul has most recently completed a state-sponsored assignment to assess the energy efficiency of over 50 large buildings across a range of sectors. Paul has also conducted multiple energy audits under the Energy Auditing scheme (Statutory Instrument 426) and has identified and evaluated multiple energy conservation measures as part of this initiative.
