Founder and CEO Tracy O’Rourke has developed a refreshing new approach to accelerate energy efficiency in commercial organisation, drawing on her background in financial services and an aircraft leasing unicorn. Vivid Edge’s comprehensive platform allows businesses to outsource their entire energy efficiency journey, from identifying energy waste through businesses case development, implementation and ongoing management and reporting. Behind the scenes is an innovative risk and funding model.
She is a Fellow of Cartier International Women’s Initiative for female impact entrepreneurs and a Fellow of Barclays Unreasonable global programme for entrepreneurs, in recognition of Vivid Edge’s innovation and impact.
Paul believes that the Vivid Edge Model would have enabled him to achieve much more in his corporate roles.
Co-founder and Technical Director Paul Boylan is the former Country Head of Realty at Citi Ireland & Middle East region. He is a Chartered Engineer with an MSc in the Green Economy, a Certified Energy Auditor, Certified Energy Manager and a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP). Paul sits on the board of the Association of Energy Engineers (Ireland Chapter). He is an active member in the green community and proud recipient of 6 national energy/environmental awards. Paul is a former Council Member and member of the Sustainability Taskforce at Dublin Chamber.
Richie believes that now is the time to make the necessary improvements in sustainability and climate action, ensuring a safer world for future generations.
Sales Director Richie Huggard brings a wealth of expertise to Vivid Edge, with 30 years of experience in sales, operations and business development roles across various sectors. Richie has established strong relationships across commercial real estate portfolios in Ireland and internationally, with a global network spanning Europe, New York, Australia and Africa. He has worked in business development and transformation, with an emphasis in developing sustainable and equitable business environments.

Bernie believes that energy efficiency is one of the principal drivers to making significant progress on the path to Net Zero.
Development Advisor, Bernie Fitzpatrick is a senior commercial and finance professional with over 20 years’ experience with high growth companies in the energy transition sector (including operations, funding and M&A). He is focusing on finance and business development for high growth companies making a significant contribution to the net zero transition.
Sarah believes that we need to accelerate our efforts in enhancing energy efficiency as part of critical climate work.
Chief Product Officer, Sarah Murphy has joined Vivid Edge to make the energy efficiency journey for our customers more seamless and even delightful. Sarah brings 20 years of experience in European start ups, Silicon Valley and US Fortune 250 roles with her to the team. Former roles as VP of Technology at MGM Resorts International, Head of Operations for Silicon Valley consultancy 21CB and Country Manager for Airbnb Ireland, Sarah is focusing on customer journeys, workflows, and reporting, all aimed at helping customers reduce their energy waste within Vivid Edge’s unique offering.
